ENMAX Envision - Urban Fibre Installation

Through our close alliance with ENMAX Envision we have carried out various projects. These projects include installing underground fibre optic cables, linking the existing City of Calgary fibre trunk lines to their emergency response infrastructure, as well as numerous commercial and institutional installations.

These project types vary in length from 5 m to 11.5 km and may include supply and installation of junction boxes. They are often installed in densely crowded existing utility right-of-ways using non-intrusive coring/drilling procedures to link the current aerial network to new underground sites.

Due to time constraints by the end user, our crews have to respond with a precisely timed effort when line assignments, route selections, existing utility locates and initial construction efforts are implemented.
