ACE Construction is the acting shallow utility consultant for the Shepard Development site off 130^th Ave SE in Calgary. Over 405,000 square feet of retail space and 109,000 square feet of industrial space are either completed or in future planning.

ACE performs a turnkey role in the development of the site, designing the parking lot lighting, planning the necessary utility routing, ordering all materials and constructing all infrastructure. ACE also applies and coordinates all connections to utility grids and ensures proper connection and operation of all services.

Using the turnkey process, ACE is able to streamline both costing and timelines for the services, ensuring the most cost effective and reliable installations for the client.
