Cimarron

ACE Construction is currently designing and installing shallow utilities in the booming community of Cimarron, located in Okotoks, Alberta.

During the course of these turnkey subdivisions, ACE Construction has completed the installation of the shallow utility infrastructure for over 450 residential lots. This includes standard residential streetlighting, main collector road streetlighting, and main feeder installations. This project integrated 4-Party front serviced and rear serviced lots, installed at a pace of two or three phases per year.

Construction in Cimarron is planned to continue until 2011 by which time the entire community will be completed.
